Elspeth is an Engineer and Project Manager with experience across the defence and automotive industries. She holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Nottingham and brings a broad technical background that includes battery system design, development, testing.

Throughout her career, she has contributed to a range of engineering projects, often coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective, real-world solutions. Elspeth particularly enjoys working at the interface between engineering and project delivery – bridging the gap between technical complexity and practical execution.

Passionate about creating a more inclusive industry, Elspeth is a strong advocate for STEM education and actively supports initiatives that promote equity and access within the engineering profession. She’s committed to mentoring the next generation of engineers and encouraging more diverse participation in technical fields.

Outside of work, Elspeth enjoys riding her motorbike, getting stuck into craft projects, and playing netball in local leagues.
