What Battery Technology do you specialise in?
We specialise in custom batteries for low to medium volume e-mobility applications. Our focus is producing modules and pack structures, picking from a wide range of cells to give our customers the optimal battery for their application.
Please explain the benefits of your speciality.
We offer ‘any shape’ custom batteries, but without the typically high development costs currently seen for most custom batteries! We have some exciting special technologies which allow us to position cells really close together, and into ‘any shape’ with minimal tooling and very short lead times. For customers who perhaps can’t justify lengthy and costly development programmes for a custom, optimised battery, we’re offering a really compelling solution!
Are there any exciting developments that is happening within the industry or your company that you can share with us?
There is definitely a large portion of the e-mobility market which isn’t being served with regards to optimised, affordable battery options. Following a year in stealth mode, Raeon is publicly launching the company at The Battery Cells and Systems Expo to give these businesses a clear route forward to getting hold of the batteries that their customers deserve! We’re not only offering new assembly methods, but we’re leveraging AI to help our customers design and order batteries in a hassle-free and cost-effective way.

We specialise in custom batteries, in any shape, and are here to serve those who are currently having to settle for non-optimised solutions.
What will you be showcasing on your stand at Battery Cells & Systems Expo?
Lots! Firstly, it will be the first time most people will have heard of Raeon, so as the ‘new kids on the block’, we’re worth checking out! We’re bringing some example batteries for people to get their hands on which can be used across a wide variety of markets, including marine, motorcycles, robotics, automotive and aerospace to name a few! We’re also very excited to give attendees their first opportunity to see our online battery design, simulation and ordering platform!
What are you most looking forward to at Battery Cells & Systems Expo?
We’re excited to do our first trade show! We’re keen to engage with visitors and to see their reaction to our products and services and we’re also always on the lookout for suppliers who have something new to offer!
