What Battery Technology does your company specialize in?
From the raw material handling through processing to packing, Dec offers an extensive range of safe solutions. Our technologies are deployed from R&D facilities handling a few grams of powder to full-scale production plants processing large volumes of material.

With Dec technologies manufacturers can handle such products under rigorous and safe conditions, eliminating the need for manual handling and gravity-based facilities.
What is one thing you would like attendees to know about your company?
The batteries manufacturing process where anode and cathode materials must be safely handled, our innovative technologies ensure it’s done without exposure to the operator and the environment.
What can visitors of the show expect to see at your stand?
We will be presenting our PTS equipment.
PTS Powder Transfer System® challenges convention by using both vacuum and pressure to move powders as if they were liquids. This eliminates the need for gravity charging and therefore making multi floor processes a requirement of the past.
PTS is a significant enhancement to any process, providing total containment where necessary, but always speeding up production whilst improving safety and hygiene.
Batch times are substantially reduced and existing process steps are linked to each other.
More than 5000 PTS systems are in use worldwide for various applications from charging reactors, to emptying centrifuges or packing powders under high containment.
PTS stands for a unique technology. It allows the transfer of a large range of powders with different characteristics. These include very fine (< 1 micron), cohesive and wet ones (above 50% wetness) as well as powder with a very low MIE (< 1 mJ).
Its flat filtration system enables dense phase conveying with a low velocity below 1-3 m/s and powder concentrations above 50-150 kg powder/kg air. Its operation principle further guarantees no segregation nor particle damages during the transfer as well as very low electrostatic charging. The hygienic PTS design allows full CIP/SIP operation.
