What Battery Technology do you specialise in?

We specialise in a wide range of safety solutions from gas detection to respiratory protection.

Please explain the benefits of your speciality.

Our products and services are designed to support safety across various sectors of the battery industry, including manufacturing, storage, electric vehicles (EVs), and support for first responders in emergency situations such as EV fires.

Are there any exciting developments that is happening within the industry or your company that you can share with us?

We recently launched the “Dräger ConHub” – a connectivity box which sends gas readings and alerts from nearby portable gas detectors in real time back to the cloud for monitoring and analysis anywhere with a web browser, further enhancing plant safety.

Since 1889, Dräger’s commitment to “Technology for Life” underpins our mission to provide safety solutions that protect, support, and save lives. Our expertise in creating safe environments for battery manufacturing, storage, and usage, as well as for first responders, is paramount.

What are you most looking forward to at Battery Cells & Systems Expo?

This will be our third year at the show – it always provides an excellent platform for us to demonstrate our leadership in safety solutions and commitment to advancing safety standards in the battery industry. In addition to sharing our latest safety solutions, we look forward to networking with other experts in the field, and gaining insights into the latest trends and innovations in battery technology and safety.
