  1. Deadline - Slide Decks should be submitted in PDF and PPT by 7th June 2025 for review to olivia.ryan-hill@event-partners.com  
  2. Registration – We will take care of your registration for the event – your badge will be available to collect from the badge collection kiosks, outside the entrance to Hall 7 at the NEC. 
  3. When to arrive? On the day of your session, you MUST visit the team in the Speaker Room (Hall 7 Organiser Offices) no less than 45 mins prior to the start of your session. We have multiple concurrent tracks, so want to make sure we can meet personally with all speakers well in advance. 
  4. Presentation Format: If you are giving a talk  (moderators and panel discussion participants please ignore) with a PowerPoint, please prepare it in On-screen show 16:9 format/ratio (widescreen), NOT On-screen show 4:3. Apologies, but we don’t permit the use of PDF’s, keynote files or your own laptop. 
  5. Help us, Help you! Our speaking faculty are our greatest ambassadors and supporters (you do NOT need to register for the day you are speaking, we will do this for you)
