UKBIC VIP Reception & Tour

We are excited to be returning to the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre to host our pre-show VIP Reception.

Held on the afternoon of Tuesday, 14th May, the invitation only event will allow VIP delegates, the opportunity to take an exclusive, behind the scenes look at the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre (UKBIC), the national battery manufacturing development facility. The VIP reception will include a guided tour and a networking reception. Located on the outskirts of Coventry, UKBIC is just over 13 miles away from the NEC, home to the Battery Cells and Systems Expo.

Itinerary for this year’s reception is as follows:

• 4:00pm – 4:25pm – Invited guests arrive on site and networking begins with refreshment served in the Process Hall (tea, coffee & soft drinks available)
•  4:30pm – 5:00pm – Welcome speeches from UKBIC and Battery Cells & Systems Expo, followed by an Introduction to UKBIC presentation
• 5:00pm – 6:30pm – Canapes served in the Process Hall followed by guided tours of the facility and a continuation of the networking reception
• 6:30pm – Reception Ends
• 6:40pm – Centre Closes
