-Energy saving: by simulating the air circulating inside the test room via ANSYS and P.I.D control of different solenoid valves to work under different conditions;

-International well-known compressors: we apply only well-known brands of compressors (such as Tecumseh from France, Bitzer and GEA Bock from Germany, copeland from Emerson) to ensure the longest life span and stable performance;

-Copper pipe bending technology: to eliminate the welding points between pipes to pipes to ensure the smooth flowing of the refrigerant and increase the stability performance on the system;

-UK standard electrical circuit system: our circuits are arranged in accordance with international standards and are equipped with complete circuit diagrams. Each line has a clear line number for easy checking during maintenance process;


Here are our standard working processes for each specific project:

-Technical discussion and review from our technical team and offer a workable solution;

-Customers feedback their comments and questions;

-Negotiate again with updated solution and commercial part discussion;

-Customers confirm the solution and approve for a purchase;

-Structure engineer processes the production drawing;

-Refrigerant engineer processes the cooling system drawing;

-Electrical engineer processes the electrical circuit system drawing;

-Body shell workshop processes the metal sheet cutting, bending, welding and polishing;

-Powder coating (colours can be standard or customized);

-Assembly with refrigerant system, electrical system, control system;

-In-house debugging and commissioning;

-Internal FAT inspection report provide to customers for review and approve;

-Remote meeting inspection support if needed;

-Cleaning and packing with corner protector and bubble bag for well protection from the transportation damage;

-Standard export wooden pallet fixing;

-Transportation arrangement;

-Remote technical support to customer test engineers for their onsite installation or send service engineer to customer site for onsite installation, commissioning and training if needed;

-Final acceptance test from customer side;

-Project has been successfully completed.
