A former Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer, Rosa has been delivering employer responsive training for the engineering sector for over a decade.

More recently, she has been appointed as FE Principal & Dean for STEM at University College Birmingham (UCB) and has taken leadership of the DEBUT-WM project, funded by Innovate UK to support skills development for battery manufacturing.

This project is providing substantial investment in the development of an innovative training offer with a bespoke learning factory.

Rosa has also been appointed as Chair for the National Network of Institutes of Technology and Deputy Chair on the Education and Skills Advisory Panel for the Engineering Council and is a Technical Teaching Fellow with the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 2024
